Appointment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AT Bodywork, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. The following policies help us provide exceptional care while respecting the schedules of all our clients.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Appointments may be scheduled online through our booking platform or by contacting AT Bodywork directly.
Your appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our booking system.
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Arriving early gives us time to review your health information, discuss your treatment goals, and begin your session on time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full session whenever possible. However, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service price.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice, or arriving more than 20 minutes late.
No-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Payment Authorization
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize AT Bodywork to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the payment method provided during the booking process, when permitted by our booking provider and applicable law.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless prepaid through our online booking platform.
Online appointments may require a credit or debit card to reserve your appointment.
Payment processing is securely handled by our third-party booking provider.
Refund Policy
All massage and bodywork services provided by AT Bodywork are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Multi-Session Packages: Multi-session packages are non-refundable once purchased and must be used within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after one year will expire and become invalid. However, package sessions are fully transferable to another person within that one year. If you wish to transfer your remaining sessions to a friend or family member, please contact us directly.
Professional Boundaries
AT Bodywork is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or requests for services outside the professional scope of massage therapy will result in the immediate termination of the session. Future appointments may also be declined.
Right to Refuse Service
AT Bodywork reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if massage therapy is determined to be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the therapist’s professional scope of practice.
